Dear Go Fish Guys,
I just wanted to write you a note and share with you how much we enjoyed Backstage with the Bible! Tonight was our final night of VBS. We had a GREAT time! The kids loved the music, loved the crafts, and really took in the points for each day! I heard from out Bible Study leaders that the kids were asking some amazing questions.
My own daughter prayed this tonight at bedtime: "Dear Jesus, Thanks that you made us superstars and that you made us in your image. Thanks for giving us the 10 commandments. And thanks that you sent Jesus, cuz we broke the rules. And thanks for what we learned on day 4, and thanks that you told us to go fish -- but not for real fish, but for people. Amen." (She is 4 1/2!) I was floored when I heard her prayer. It shows just how much the things they learned were sinking in!
Thanks for making such a great curriculum! I got goosebumps tonight, watching the kids at the program -- singing out YES! JESUS LOVES ME! and reciting ALL 5 Bible verses for the week! We loved, loved, loved VBS!
