We had several churches start our Vacation Bible School curriculum yesterday. I got emails from a couple of them. I'll be sharing lots of these this summer so that you all know how it's going. Please continue to pray that parents and kids will be impacted by the Gospel this summer!

We just wanted to let you know that our first night of VBS was AWESOME! Last year, we averaged about 75 kids per night. This year, we prayed for 120 kids. Last night, we had 110 kids AND we have 118 registered. That is a 50% increase from last year! Some of them just couldn't make it last night. And our numbers usually go UP as the week progresses. We are beyond excited! GOD IS GOOD!! And alot of the kid's parents stayed for our adult class which is teaching the very same lessons as the kids. Our elders are teaching those classes. The adults are as excited as the kids! Many of them stayed for our Daily Concert/Encore and love your music. (For most of them, this is their first exposure to your music.) Thank you so much for all of your hard work on this curriculum. It has been and is going to be an amazing blessing to all that will be with us this week! And here's a picture from Lubbock, Texas! They even added their own musicians on stage to play with our DVD. Those Texans always do it up big you know! They wrote:
It is a huge hit! We had 290 go BackStage tonight! We have 340 registered so it will grow. Our kids did great! Our workers were very happy.

For those of you getting ready for your VBS, we are getting lots of feedback and will let you know if we end up making any "tweaks" to the curriculum after hearing back from children's pastors. If we do, we'll post the updates on the special, top secret, password protected VBS site! So far though, feedback has been great...Thank You Lord!!!
Will you be updating your Go Fish Guys website to include more places that are doing your VBS? I know there have to be more than two in South Dakota. Thanks!

There are TONS more churches everywhere doing our VBS, but we left it up to them to decide whether or not to be listed on our web site. Many churches have their programs filled to capacity already and didn't want to be bombarded with calls which I can understand. So, unfortunately the ones on our site are all we can put up at the moment. Hopefully some more will be added. I'm sure if you find a church using our materials they'd let you register if you asked! It just can't come from me. Thanks!
