One of my all-time heroes is Billy Graham. I'm almost done reading his autobiography "Just As I Am" and have been extremely encouraged by reading about his amazing life. I've also been watching a lot of his old sermons online. If you want to hear the gospel clearly presented

To me that is what's so amazing. Time and time again he went to the podium and clearly presented the gospel of Jesus Christ. Nothing fancy. Just the truth.
Throughout his whole career people packed stadiums to hear the same message over and over and EVERY time people responded in droves. When we are faithful to present the gospel, the Holy Spirit will work in ways that we can never understand. I love watching these sermons because the gospel encourages me every single time I hear it.
Which brings me to a "theme" I've noticed in a lot of the emails from churches considering our Vacation Bible School curriculum. The common concern seems to be that "we love the idea of your Vacation Bible School curriculum but our kids know this stuff already". (Incidentally, this hasn't been an issue with anyone who has seen all the materials)
Let me respond by saying I hope you're right. But I'd also like to say that there are some things you can't hear enough and the gospel would most definitely fall into that category. However, if you're assured that your kids have already mastered the gospel message, we do cover a lot of other theological basics in the curriculum.
Can your kids define grace? Can they tell you what the great commission is? Do they know how to evangelize to their friends? Do they know all the books of the Bible and the ten commandments?
It's going to be a great summer. We have
Vacation Bible School concerts booked almost every weekend. Personally, I'm anxious to hear the gospel at every one! Like I said, there are some things you just can't hear enough!
