What is cutting edge? It used to be that if your church had a "worship band" then you were a maverick and renegade in the church world. Not anymore. You can go to a tiny small town rural Iowa church and most likely you'd find a band up there cranking out the latest Chris Tomlin tune. These days, if you want to be a rebel I suggest singing hymns with a piano. Now that's something different!

So that brings up the question: What is the theme going to be for the first ever Go Fish VBS curriculum? Are you ready for something crazy? (drum roll please) It...is...The Bible! Now that's cutting edge baby!
By the way, from here on out the term VBS is banned from this blog. I'll be referring to it as Vacation Bible School. Go Fish is putting the BIBLE back into Vacation Bible School and we are excited about it. Stay tuned to this blog for more info. on our curriculum as it's available. And for all of you who have been emailing...the answer is YES it will be available early 2009 so that you can use it next summer!
